New Client Information

You're in great hands

We make sure all our new clients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your initial visit, a trainer will review your exercise and health history as well as your fitness goals. For proper customization, they will also complete a full biomechanical assessment to look for any structural imbalances. From there, the trainer will create a highly customized routine.

For a more streamlined assessment, please fill out the Health History Form and email it to thefitfiles@gmail.com before your visit.
