Outreach Programs

Our outreach programs are designed for someone who is motivated to complete workouts on their own and are somewhat familiar to the form required for traditional exercises. After an initial consultation via email or telephone, the trainer will design a program based on the fitness level, goals and equipment available. The program is then emailed to the client and the client completes the program on their own for a month. There will be no in-person meetings required. At the beginning of each month, goals and progress are re-evaluated and a new program is delivered. There are weekly check-ins for any questions or concerns, but other than that there is limited guidance.

Cost is $100/month or $75/month with a one year commitment.

Do I need special equipment?

Programs CAN be developed with nothing more than your own bodyweight and common household items. However, depending on your skill level and fitness goals, it MAY be recommended to have a basic set of dumbells, resistance bands and TRX Suspension Trainer.

How will I be charged?

For our month-to-month clients, an invoice will be emailed from our billing software on the 20th of each month. You will need to complete payment by the beginning of each month to receive your program. All yearly commitments will be paid in full at the beginning of the program. Your first month will be pro-rated to reflect days remaining in the billing cycle.

What is considered an “abandoned program”?

Sometimes, even the most motivated individuals fall off. If this happens, not to worry, month-to-month clients will no longer be sent invoices. Yearly commitments will no longer be sent programs after there is no communication for 30 days, or there is written notice. If there are more than 6 months left in your yearly contract, you will receive a 25% discount on the following year should you choose to give it a second shot.
