Group Training

As implied, Group Training sessions are designed for groups of 2 or more individuals. These classes are customized to a skill level and specific fitness goal and it is up to the individual to signup for the appropriate class based on a self-assessment. They do not target individual injuries or limitations, although modifications will be provided.

  • Strength Training (Beginner and Advanced Classes)

  • Flexibility Training (All Levels)

  • Yoga (All Levels)

  • Pilates (All Levels)

  • Metabolic Conditioning (Beginner and Advanced Classes) *Great for weight loss goals

  • Run Clubs (Beginner and Advanced Groups)

  • Core and Balance Classes (Beginner)
