After completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, she moved to Miami FL and eventually Washington, DC in 2009, where she worked for both elite box gyms and small personal training studios, seeing both sides of the fitness spectrum. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and stays up-to-date on the latest research. Some of her specialties include core strengthening, mobility work, injury prevention and post-rehab exercise.
